Job summary

HCI Systems is seeking skilled Fire Alarm Installers and Technicians to join our team. You will handle installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of low voltage systems in medium to large commercial buildings. A NICET certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include executing project plans, coordinating with other trades, reading blueprints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires physical capability to handle ladders and heavy equipment and a valid

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Proficient in MS Office and related software.
• Excellent communication skills with tact and diplomacy.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
• Able to work in challenging positions incl. ladders, scaffolding up to 60 ft.

Responsibilities

• Install fire life safety and other low voltage systems in medium/large commercial buildings.
• Execute installation project plan, handle equipment delivery, troubleshoot and commission.
• Coordinate with other trades to meet customer expectations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specs, and manuals.
• Identify out-of-scope requests and notify management of changes.
• Assist customers on site and communicate project status to leadership.
