Job summary

NUTECH FIRE ALARM AND SECURITY is recruiting for a Fire Alarm Installation Technician to join our Greater Los Angeles team. This full-time role involves installing and servicing fire alarm, nurse call, security alarm, CCTV, data, and access systems, with emphasis on code compliance and quality execution.

Ideal candidates will have prior installer experience, a current state fire card or be a registered apprentice, and a strong willingness to work across multiple projects with a customer-focused

Qualifications

• Must have prior Fire Alarm Installer experience.
• Current state Fire Card and/or be a Registered Apprentice.
• 3+ years of field Installation Technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Install Fire Alarm systems and related equipment per drawings.
• Perform wire pulling, mounting devices, conduit installation.
• Troubleshoot installations and perform corrections.
• Pre-test systems and conduct final AHJ testing.
• Manage on-site issues to meet project hours and coordinate with teams.
• Survey sites, consult with engineers and property managers.
