Johnson Controls is seeking an Inspector to perform routine inspections, testing, service, and preventative maintenance on Electrical, Sprinkler, or Suppression life-safety product lines. The role involves low voltage wiring, documenting inspections, and minor repairs.

You will travel locally/overnight as needed, work flexible hours including weekends, and assist in training junior staff. NICET II certification is preferred or achievable within two years.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of installation or service experience in testing and inspecting fire alarm equipment.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work physically with tools.
• Willing to travel out of town and work flexible hours including weekends.

Aufgaben

• Inspect, test, service, and perform preventative maintenance on electrical, sprinkler, or suppression life-safety product lines.
• Work with low voltage wiring, input and archive inspection documents, and perform minor repairs or programming changes.
• Provide technical training to junior inspectors and complete inspections on schedule.
