You will document conditions, identify deficiencies, and communicate findings while supporting timely corrective work. The role collaborates with Fire Inspection Coordinators, service technicians, customers, and monitoring personnel to complete scheduled work safely and accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience in inspecting and servicing fire alarm systems.
• Strong ability to document findings and communicate with customers.
• Familiarity with monitoring and testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test fire alarm control panels, devices, and power supplies.
• Perform scheduled inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate testing with customers and monitoring personnel, ensuring system operation before leaving site.
• Verify signals and test system interfaces within authorized scope.
• Identify deficiencies and report urgent life safety concerns to management.
• Complete inspection reports, test results, and customer acknowledgments.
• Explain findings and coordinate corrective work with coordinators.
• Assist with authorized troubleshooting and device replacement as needed.
• Attend training and contribute to on-call rotation as assigned.
• Maintain professional customer relationships and keep work areas orderly.
