Per Mar Security Services is seeking a Fire Alarm Inspector to perform on-site fire protection inspections and preventive maintenance for client alarm systems. You will verify device operation, complete required paperwork daily, and communicate with clients and Per Mar's Central Monitoring Station.

Travel may be required and a strong knowledge of fire and electrical codes is essential. Starting pay is based on experience, with company-provided vehicle and cell phone, tool allowance, and

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to pass background checks and drug tests.
• High School diploma or GED required for all Per Mar Security Services positions.
• Must be able to travel as needed.
• Strong math skills including approximate calculations for figures and volumes; basic algebra/geometry.

Responsabilités

• Perform fire protection inspections and preventive maintenance on client fire alarm systems.
• Test and verify that all systems and devices (alarm panels, sirens, horns, strobes, etc.) function properly and per manufacturer specifications.
• Complete proper paperwork and submit to the appropriate department on a daily basis.
• Communicate with clients, co-workers and Per Mar's Central Monitoring Station.
• All other reasonable duties as assigned by the Supervisor specific to daily operations.
