Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
• Must obtain specified licenses/certifications to work in the security industry per state rules.
• High School Diploma or GED required for all Per Mar Security Services positions.
• Must be able to travel as needed.
• Strong math skills including basic algebra and geometry.

Responsibilities

• Perform fire protection inspections and preventative maintenance on client fire alarm systems.
• Test and verify that all systems and devices function properly per manufacturer specs.
• Complete proper paperwork and submit daily to the appropriate department.
• Communicate with clients, co-workers, and Per Mar's Central Monitoring Station.
• All other duties assigned by the Supervisor related to daily operations.
