Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is seeking a Fire Alarm Inspector to provide on-site maintenance and inspections of client fire and security systems in Wisconsin. You will perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and ensure systems operate per manufacturer specifications.

The role requires strong math skills, knowledge of fire and electrical codes, and the ability to travel. Company vehicle, tool allowance, cell phone, competitive benefits, and ongoing training support your growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
• Licenses/certifications required to work in security per state regulations.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Strong math skills including algebra and geometry.
• Knowledge of fire and electrical codes for alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform fire protection inspections and preventative maintenance on client fire alarm systems.
• Test and verify that all systems and devices function per manufacturer specifications.
• Complete proper paperwork and submit daily.
• Communicate with clients, co-workers and Central Monitoring Station.
• All other reasonable duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
