Job summary

Per Mar Security Services seeks a Fire Alarm Inspector to perform on-site maintenance and inspections of fire and security systems. Responsibilities include testing panels, sirens, horns, strobes, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications, with thorough documentation daily.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
• Must be able to obtain specified licenses/certifications to perform work in the security industry according to state rules.
• High School Diploma or GED required for all Per Mar Security Services positions.

Responsibilities

• Perform fire protection inspections and preventative maintenance on client fire alarm systems.
• Test and verify that all systems and devices function properly per manufacturer specifications.
• Complete proper paperwork and submit to the appropriate department daily.
• Communicate with clients, coworkers and Per Mar's Central Monitoring Station.
• All other reasonable duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
