What You Will Do

Assist in the inspection of fire alarm equipment to help save lives and become a life safety professional. Conduct routine inspections, testing, servicing, and preventative maintenance on Electrical, Sprinkler, or Suppression life safety product lines.

How You Will Do It

• Inspect and test fire alarm systems and devices to ensure functionality and compliance.
• Complete inspection reports accurately via digital or paper formats.
• Maintain a structured inspection schedule.
• Input and retrieve inspection data using a laptop or similar device.
• Perform inspections timely and safely, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Organizational skills, positive attitude, quick learner.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, smartphone apps).
• Physical ability to carry equipment up to 30 lbs and work at heights up to 40 feet.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and shifts.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug tests.

Preferred

• Experience with blueprints, diagrams, hand tools, barcode scanners.
• NICET Level II certification within one year supported by company training.
