What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform fire protection inspections and preventive maintenance on client fire alarm systems.
• Communicate technical information effectively to clients.
• Complete and submit all required documentation promptly.
• Train less senior inspectors on inspection schedules.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by interacting respectfully with customers, vendors, co-workers, and management.
• Additional duties or projects may be assigned as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• Ability to obtain a security industry license as per state regulations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Obtain NICET level certification within a prescribed time frame.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in inspections and fire alarm systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of fire and electrical codes.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operation documents.
• Problem-solving skills in standardized situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
