Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Field Project Manager I to support fire alarm projects in the San Antonio area with hybrid work. The role will lead installation, programming, testing, and commissioning while managing field teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5-7+ years of field or project management experience with Fire Alarm, Security, or Building Automation systems, and a strong ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field or project management experience.
• Experience with Fire Alarm, Security, or Building Automation systems.
• Experience leading field teams.
• Installation, programming, testing, and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license required.

Compensation of the Field Project Manager

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 (based on experience)
