Job summary
Impact Fire Services in Houston is seeking an entry-level trainee to learn the mechanics of fire alarm system installation. You will assist with routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance under direct supervision, while supporting diagnosis and troubleshooting of systems that require servicing.

Qualifications
- Experience in construction or similar field with demonstrated electrical skills or related training is a plus.
- Ability to follow verbal work instructions/directions.
- Capable of working independently with moderate supervision.
- Ability to work in a team under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn the trade and obtain licenses.
Responsibilities
- Assist with routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance of fire alarm systems under direct supervision.
- Support diagnosis and evaluation of systems that require servicing.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during inspections under supervision.
- May install and test fire alarm systems under the guidance of a Fire Alarm Technician.
