Job Summary:
Integrated Fire and Security Solutions (IFSS) is seeking a motivated and skilled Foreman to support Service, Installation, MAC, and Operations teams. This role is responsible for leading onsite installation activities related to conduit, wiring, and device installation for low‑voltage systems, with an emphasis on fire alarm, access control, and video surveillance. The Foreman ensures work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with IFSS quality standards.
The ideal candidate is task‑oriented, team‑focused, and possesses strong communication skills, both written and verbal. This position plays a key leadership role in coordinating field efforts, mentoring technicians, and maintaining professionalism with both internal and external customers.
