Job summary

Matrix is seeking a Fircosoft Application Specialist / Engineer to implement, configure, and support Firco Continuity and related sanctions screening in a banking environment.

You will provide L3 support, monitor incidents, optimize performance, and work with cross-functional teams on integrations using MQ, Kafka, and file transfers.

Candidates should have 5+ years in technology implementation or support, with strong Firco Continuity experience and knowledge of Fircosoft Utilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant technology/application implementation or support experience.
• Strong hands-on Firco Continuity experience.
• Experience with Fircosoft Trust and Firco Utilities.
• Strong knowledge of sanctions screening and payment processing.
• Experience with SQL, Unix/Linux scripting, messaging/integration.
• Experience supporting business-critical production environments.
• Firco Continuity V6 upgrade experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop/support SQL (Oracle/MS SQL) and Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation.
• Support upgrades, patches, deployments, CI/CD, and production releases.
• Work with business, technology, infrastructure, compliance, and Fircosoft/LexisNexis teams.
