Job summary

Matrix is seeking a Fircosoft Application Specialist / Engineer to implement, configure, and support Firco Continuity and related applications within a financial services environment. You will provide L3 support, monitor incidents, and optimize performance across production systems while collaborating with compliance, infrastructure, and vendor teams.

The role requires hands-on Firco Continuity experience, knowledge of Fircosoft Trust and Firco Utilities, and strong SQL/Unix scripting skills,

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Firco Continuity experience.
• Experience with Fircosoft Trust and Firco Utilities.
• Strong knowledge of sanctions screening and payment processing.
• 5+ years of relevant technology/application implementation or support experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, support, and troubleshoot Firco Continuity / Fircosoft applications.
• Provide L3 support, monitoring, incident management, RCA, and performance optimization.
• Support sanctions screening for real-time payments, SWIFT, Wire, and ACH transactions.
• Configure screening rules, watchlists, filtering parameters, and work with Firco Utilities (FMM, FML, FUM, FFFClassic).
• Support application integrations using MQ/MQFTE, Kafka, file transfers, and scheduling tools such as TWS.
• Develop/support SQL (Oracle/MS SQL) and Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation.
• Support upgrades, patches, deployments, CI/CD, and production releases.
• Work with business, technology, infrastructure, compliance, and Fircosoft/LexisNexis teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, support, and troubleshoot Firco Continuity / Fircosoft applications.
• Provide L3 support, monitoring, incident management, RCA, and performance optimization.
• Support sanctions screening for real‑time payments, SWIFT, Wire, and ACH transactions.
• Configure screening rules, watchlists, filtering parameters, and work with Firco Utilities (FMM, FML, FUM, FFFClassic).
• Support application integrations using MQ/MQFTE, Kafka, file transfers, and scheduling tools such as TWS.
• Develop/support SQL (Oracle/MS SQL) and Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation.
• Support upgrades, patches, deployments, CI/CD, and production releases.
• Work with business, technology, infrastructure, compliance, and Fircosoft/LexisNexis teams.
