Job summary

Matrix-International Financial Services is seeking a Fircosoft Developer (USA, full-time, intermediate) to implement, configure, and support Firco Continuity and related applications in a banking/financial services context.

You will provide L3 support, monitor incidents, perform RCA, and optimize performance, while configuring screening rules and integrating with MQ/MQFTE, Kafka, and scheduling tools. Strong SQL/Unix scripting skills and experience with Fircosoft tools are required.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Firco Continuity experience with sanctions screening.
• Experience with Fircosoft Trust and Firco Utilities.
• Experience supporting business-critical production environments.
• 5+ years of relevant technology/application implementation or support experience.
• Experience with real-time payments processing.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, support, and troubleshoot Firco Continuity / Fircosoft applications.
• Provide L3 support, monitoring, incident management, RCA, and performance optimization.
• Support sanctions screening for real-time payments, SWIFT, wire, and ACH transactions.
• Configure screening rules, watchlists and filters; work with Firco Utilities.
• Support integrations using MQ/MQFTE, Kafka, file transfers, and scheduling tools like TWS.
• Develop and/or support SQL and Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation.
• Assist with upgrades, patches, deployments, CI/CD, and production releases.
• Collaborate with business, technology, infrastructure, compliance, and Fircosoft/LexisNexis teams.
