Job summary

Matrix USA is seeking a Fircosoft Application Specialist / Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Firco Continuity and sanctions screening within a banking/financial services environment. You will implement, configure, support, and troubleshoot Firco Continuity / Fircosoft applications in a global team.

The role involves L3 support, incident management, and performance optimization, with exposure to real-time payments, SWIFT, Wire, and ACH screening.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on Firco Continuity experience.
  • Experience with Fircosoft Trust and Firco Utilities.
  • Knowledge of sanctions screening and payment processing.
  • Experience with SQL and Unix/Linux scripting.
  • Experience supporting business-critical production environments.
  • Firco Continuity V6 upgrade experience is a plus.
  • 5+ years of relevant technology/application implementation or support.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, support, and troubleshoot Firco Continuity / Fircosoft applications.
  • Provide L3 support, monitoring, incident management, RCA, and performance optimization.
  • Support sanctions screening for real-time payments, SWIFT, Wire, and ACH transactions.
  • Configure screening rules, watchlists, filtering parameters, and work with Firco Utilities.
  • Support application integrations using MQ/MQFTE, Kafka, file transfers, and scheduling tools such as TWS.
  • Develop/support SQL (Oracle/MS SQL) and Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation.
  • Support upgrades, patches, deployments, CI/CD, and production releases.
  • Work with business, technology, infrastructure, compliance, and Fircosoft/LexisNexis teams.
