Key Responsibilities:

• Work on various FIPS 140 validation projects
• Conduct security analysis, design product architecture, perform vulnerability and physical security testing
• System-level logical analysis, evaluate products against standards, and conduct cryptographic testing
• Review source code, write technical reports, automate testing with scripting, and develop applications for test cases

Qualifications:

• Cryptographic Validation Program (CVP) Certification
• Knowledge of cryptographic algorithms, PKI, random number generators, etc.
• Experience with programming languages (C, C++, Python, Java)
• Understanding of security standards, network setup, security protocols (SSH, IPsec, TLS)
• Testing environment setup, troubleshooting, technical writing, multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Python, debugging tools, entropy analysis, OpenSSL/OpenPGP, vulnerability analysis, security principles
• Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE), knowledge of Active Directory, Linux
• Hands-on experience with electronic testing tools, X.509 certificates

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years relevant experience

Position Details:

• Pay Range: $57.99 - $62.99/hour
