Horizontal Talent seeks a User Experience Architect to shape intuitive, accessible digital experiences for customer-facing products. You will partner with analysts, developers, testers, product owners, and compliance teams to balance user needs with technical and business requirements.

Design clear experience architectures across digital and real-world touchpoints, develop personas, journey flows, wireframes, and prototypes, and translate business requirements into practical, user-friendly

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in user experience or related field.
• Strong background in experience architecture and user-centered design.
• Ability to create and communicate wireframes, prototypes, personas, and user flows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Design clear, consistent experience architectures across digital and real-world touchpoints.
• Use human-centered methods to develop personas, journey flows, wireframes, conceptual models, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate business requirements into practical, user-friendly design solutions.
• Improve usability while balancing technical and business constraints.
• Review design artifacts for quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on wires and ACH payment experiences.
• Participate in design reviews and peer collaboration.
