Job summary

Minka is seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to bridge internal teams, market and customers in a real-time payments platform. You will own part of the roadmap, define product vision and work with engine, revenue, delivery and support to align with customer and company objectives.

You will drive agile delivery, articulate customer needs, write clear requirements and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver value while advancing the money infrastructure vision.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development, software product management, or program delivery.
• Strong experience with financial technology or financial concepts.
• Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong background in product discovery, incubation and new product development.
• Get stuff done attitude and ability to voice needs.
• Solid understanding of agile principles and agile environments, with certification preferred.
• Positive, motivated attitude and teamwork emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Be the bridge between internal teams, market and customers and own part of the platform roadmap.
• Lead product through entire life cycle from definition to delivery and support.
• Understand the new money infrastructure and represent it internally at Minka.
• Collaborate with engine, product and revenue teams to define timelines and requirements.
• Write clear product strategy, prioritisation and plan with internal partners and clients.
