Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation or TAM roles in enterprise SaaS/fintech.
• Experience delivering complex tech implementations across enterprise accounts.
• Strong API integration and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer teams to implement Paxos products post-sale.
• Manage intake, prioritization, routing to support, and SLA tracking.
• Own integration health: monitoring, alerts, and data quality checks.
• Run change management: releases, API updates, and entitlements.
• Deliver integration work aligned to account plans and go-live readiness.
• Document patterns and runbooks to scale knowledge.
