Job summary

Formance in New York (SoHo) is seeking an Account Executive with an engineering background to own revenue from first conversation to contract. You will run technical discovery, map a prospect's money flows, and coordinate with Solutions Engineers to demonstrate our platform.

You will build and manage your pipeline using our sales stack (Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo) and AI tools like Claude to research accounts and prep every conversation. This is a hybrid role in a fintech-forward environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical role at a B2B infra or developer-tools company.
• Direct exposure to customers through technical conversations or deal support.
• Comfortable using AI tools like Claude for research, prep and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract.
• Run technical discovery, map money flows, and show how Formance fits.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and engineering on demos and proofs of concept.
• Build and manage your pipeline with our sales stack and AI tools.
