COLIBRIX ONE, a fintech innovator building AI-powered payments, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist clients and partners with acquiring and payment systems. You will diagnose issues, perform initial analysis and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical problems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant fintech experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Russian communication.
• Knowledge of payment terminals and payment gateways.
• Understanding of payment processing tech and data transmission.
• Experience with incident management or monitoring tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide timely technical support to clients and partners regarding acquiring operations and payment systems
• Register and categorize inquiries, requests, and reporting-related queries
• Perform initial analysis and diagnose issues during transaction processing
• Resolve simple issues and escalate complex problems
• Advise clients on setting up and using software for payment operations
• Document inquiries, actions taken, and outcomes
• Collaborate with other departments to address issues quickly
