Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Washington, DC seeks an experienced associate for its Financial Services Regulatory practice. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technology and commercial transactions, especially within fintech, payments, cryptocurrency, and digital assets.

You will advise clients, draft and negotiate complex technology agreements, and collaborate with regulatory and corporate teams on innovative products while managing matters and client relationships independently.

Qualifications

• Five-plus years of relevant experience in technology and commercial transactions.
• Experience with fintech and digital asset transactions preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Sound commercial judgment.
• Experience at a nationally recognized law firm preferred.
