Qualifications

• J.D. degree is required.
• Bar admission in NY or DC is required.
• At least 5 years of transactional law firm experience.
• In-house experience is a plus.
• Strong client service and multi‑project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on innovative financial services transactions and regulatory reforms.
• Manage transactions across multiple asset classes and structures.
• Lead bank structuring partnerships and platform integrations.
• Conduct pre‑transaction due diligence on financial services companies.
• Handle purchases and sales of mortgage loans, MSRs, and receivables.
