Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of quality assurance experience in the financial services industry.
• Hands-on test automation using Selenium or Cypress, API testing with Postman or SoapUI, and performance testing with JMeter.
• Strong understanding of integration testing and end-to-end test scripting.
• Knowledge of SQL and data validation.
• Experience with Jira for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute automation scripts using Selenium and Cypress to expand coverage across financial technology applications.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster feedback loops.
• Develop API test suites using Postman or SoapUI to validate microservices and verify payload accuracy.
• Design and run performance and load test scenarios in JMeter to detect bottlenecks before production.
• Write complex SQL queries to verify data extraction accuracy and metadata storage.
• Review automation scripts to maintain code quality and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and UAT teams to design and implement test scripts and plans for production rollout.
