Job summary

Yrefy, LLC seeks a strategic Product Owner to lead ideation, definition, and delivery of FinTech software products. The role bridges product strategy, business analysis, workflow design, and technical execution to ensure auditability and regulatory compliance.

You will drive MVP scope, acceptance criteria, and iterative releases while aligning with stakeholders and engineering. A background in regulated financial environments and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
5+ years in product management, engineering, BA, or software delivery.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong ability to create workflows, epics, features, and acceptance criteria.
Experience collaborating with UI/UX on workflow/interface design.
Solid understanding of SDLC and QA processes.
Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead product strategy and ideation aligned with company goals and customer needs.
Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Translate business requirements into roadmaps and MVP scopes.
Define acceptance criteria and functional specifications for development.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure feasibility and clarity.
Design and document end-to-end user workflows and processes.
Mentor product engineers and establish best practices for Agile delivery.
Collaborate across business, engineering, QA, compliance and operations.
