Job summary

Reserve is hiring a Product Owner to work directly with founders and founding engineers on the core experience of moving real money within UGLYCASH. You will learn how customer behavior, engineering, financial operations, and commercial decisions connect across a fintech and blockchain product.

You’ll start with focused problems, receive guidance, and gradually own larger portions of the core experience. This role suits those early in their careers who want end-to-end fintech product

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with data, learn technical concepts, and communicate blockers clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for a project, process, or problem and improve it.
• Comfort with AI to accelerate investigations and produce useful outputs.
• Experience with SQL, scripting, logs, or APIs is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Stay close to support, customer feedback, and product data to understand where people struggle.
• Investigate issues with engineers, understand impact, and trace root cause to determine next steps.
• Take defined improvements from prioritization through implementation, verification, and measurement.
• Identify recurring problems and improve product flows, monitoring, systems, or internal tools.
• Use AI to accelerate investigation, analyze data, automate repetitive work, and prototype solutions while ensuring quality.
• Build the judgment to own increasingly complex parts of the core experience independently over time.
