Job summary

UGLYCASH is seeking an early-career product owner to work directly with the founders and help explore and build new financial products for internet earners.

You'll start with a focused opportunity, gain experience with customers and hypotheses, and grow to own meaningful product areas over a 24-month horizon. You will use customer insights, experimentation, and AI-enabled research to drive real product outcomes.

Qualifications

• Evidence of initiative, clear thinking, curiosity, and fast learning.
• Ability to explain reasoning, respond to feedback, and know when to ask for help.
• Coding and SQL are a plus; comfort with technical systems and working with engineers is valued.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers, study behavior, and identify solvable problems.
• Turn founder hypotheses into testable approaches and first versions.
• Bring evidence to support or pivot an idea; use AI to research, prototype, and shorten the path from idea to learning.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to move ideas from concept to launch.
• Measure outcomes after shipping and use learnings to improve.
