Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a seasoned program and project manager to drive large IT transformation projects for financial services clients. This role requires coordinating clients and internal teams to meet scope, dates and budget, with P&L responsibility.

The position is based in Princeton, NJ, in-office two days per week. The starting pay range is $100,000-130,000, with eligibility for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in program/project management delivering software products or services, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a similar product & solutions company with exposure to post-trade automation domain or similar experience.
• Proven track record of delivering highly complex IT transformation projects in financial services.
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication across organizational levels.
• Solid business knowledge in post-trade automation space.
• Excellent client-facing skills and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Drive clients and internal teams to deliver projects within defined scope, dates and budget.
• Lead project management, dependencies and cross-group collaboration.
• Engage competently with clients at all levels of the organization.
• P&L responsibility for the project.
• Contribute to process improvements, pre-sales and team development.
• Must be in office at client in Princeton, NJ 2 days/week.
