Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across Capital Markets and Credit Risk. You will drive end-to-end delivery, align Front Office, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams, and manage projects within regulatory and transformation programs.

The role requires coordinating stakeholders, developing governance, and delivering on time and within budget in a hybrid work model, with a strong emphasis on Agile and regulatory controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• Proven experience delivering regulatory and transformation programs within financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Capital Markets and Credit Risk initiatives from initiation through implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Drive Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Monitor project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
• Provide regular project status reporting to senior leadership and steering committees.
