• Minimum 5 years of related experience in commercial banking.
• Strong understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Understanding and interest in software, fintech, payments, and ecommerce sectors.
• Excellent sales management and business development capabilities.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Ability to partner with senior business and control teams.
• Self-directed, proactive and able to navigate ambiguity.
