  • Assist in managing program changes, implementation timelines, process updates, and service enhancements to promote a high-quality partner and client experience.

  • Use M365 applications and project or workflow management tools to track tasks, escalations, milestones, performance items, and partner requests.

  • Build strong working relationships across the organization and help drive informed decision-making related to partner initiatives, launch readiness, and operational execution.

  • Escalate matters to leadership when appropriate, particularly where issues may affect customer experience, operational resiliency, compliance obligations, contractual performance, or strategic partner outcomes.

  • Identify process gaps, recurring friction points, and operational inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to strengthen RiverBank's fintech partnership framework.

Governance, Documentation, and Compliance Support

  • Maintain documentation that supports sound program administration, internal transparency, and effective coordination with applicable RiverBank policies and procedures.

  • Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Information Security, and Bank Secrecy Act partners to ensure required reviews, approvals, and controls are incorporated into onboarding and ongoing partner management processes.

  • Support audits, exams, internal reviews, policy updates, and special projects involving fintech partnerships or related third-party programs.
