Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions LLC is seeking an Operations Specialist to support daily trade processing and client service within the Purchase & Sales department. You will handle trade postings, corrections, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and SLA compliance.

You will gain exposure to equities, fixed income, and derivatives while learning clearing and custody operations, FINRA rules, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in financial services operations or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; finance/business concentration preferred.
• Licenses or certifications not required but a plus (SIE/Series 7).

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily purchase and sale transactions across equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve trade postings, corrections, and reconciliations per SLA.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely trade settlement and issue resolution.
• Maintain compliance with FINRA regulations and internal policies.
