Location in New York, NY (Manhattan) with hybrid work. Candidates should have 2+ years Salesforce Admin and network administration experience, strong project management

Qualifications

• 2 years IT Support / Network Admin experience.
• Project Management experience required.
• 2+ years Salesforce Admin experience.
• Knowledge of call center management and database management.
• Ability to lead projects independently and drive them to completion.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to learn new products and features.

Responsibilities

• Help manage IT needs of a nationwide hybrid workforce.
• Manage and administer large amounts of data in Excel and other systems.
• Assist in the development of company platforms.
• Maintain financial security software and data archiving practices.
• Develop and streamline automation for marketing and financial technologies.
