Responsibilities

• Build and lead the team of Implementation Managers.
• Own implementation strategy and establish scalable processes.
• Create customer-centric culture within the implementations team.
• Drive consistent delivery and establish implementation frameworks.
• Mentor and coach Implementation Managers to elevate capabilities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
