Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Fintech Full Stack Engineering Lead to join our on-site team in San Francisco, shaping the architecture of a global neobank product. You will collaborate with technical founders to set engineering standards and deliver a secure, scalable REST API and client frontends.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years fintech software experience, deep backend with Postgres/Redis/AWS, and a track record shipping complex financial services applications at scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10+ years building and shipping fintech software with deep expertise in at least one of: ledgering, payments processing, stablecoin infra or risk/fraud management.
• Submit with a GitHub profile.
• Experience across the backend: Postgres, Redis, AWS, etc.

Responsibilities

• Set engineering standards with the technical founders and align on best practices.
• Build a highly performant, secure REST API and cross-platform frontends from ground up.
• Shape the technical vision and architecture as the platform scales.
• Collaborate across the stack to deliver scalable financial services at global scale.
