Job summary

RevenueCat is hiring an Engineering Manager for RC Capital, a zero-to-one team building underwriting, risk monitoring, money movement, and banking integrations for a new fintech line. You’ll lead a distributed group across US and European time zones, balancing feature delivery with technical excellence and strong collaboration with product, design, and support.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• Experience building prioritized roadmaps with cross-functional input.
• Ability to balance feature delivery with technical debt and system improvements.
• Hands-on with code reviews and bug investigation when needed.
• Comfort writing SQL to analyze data and find inconsistencies.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a highly engaged distributed team across time zones.
• Collaborate with product, design and support to set direction and plan for scaling.
• Ensure iterative execution of the roadmap with transparent processes.
• Coach engineers to advance professionally and improve performance.
