Capital Markets Gateway LLC (CMG) is seeking a Sell-Side Account Manager to join our commercial team in delivering ECM analytics and platform adoption. You will retain and grow a portfolio, drive new business in your territory, and collaborate across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to maximize client value.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in account management or customer success within FinTech/SaaS, plus strong data analytics, Excel, and HubSpot experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years in account management or customer success.
• Experience with data analytics and collaboration tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Capital Markets experience is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Economics or similar.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow a portfolio of clients to meet quotas.
• Hit new business quota within a defined territory.
• Drive customer engagement and establish champion users.
• Forecast renewals and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Record activities in CMG's CRM and accurately forecast renewals.
