Qualifications
- 3–5 years in a client-facing role with a track record of delivering value
- Experience in Fintech or financial institutions preferred
- Ability to influence technical and business audiences to improve product
- Exceptional written and verbal communication across diverse audiences
- Curiosity to learn domain knowledge and strong analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Own a dedicated book of accounts for health, adoption, engagement, and retention
- Proactively surface needs, discover new use cases, drive product adoption
- Develop account plans focused on usage health and renewal opportunities
- Highlight product gaps and inform internal teams to shape product direction
- Deliver high-touch service, foster long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to maximize value
