Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience including prior Controller roles.
• GAAP and regulatory compliance knowledge for public companies.
• Expertise with SAP or Oracle and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes within tight timelines.
• Develop robust financial controls to safeguard assets and reduce costs.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to executives for strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage multiple audit engagements.
• Mentor a team of financial analysts to achieve high retention and growth.
• Evaluate and drive integration of finance software to boost analytics efficiency.
