Job summary

Wisetack is seeking a Compliance Specialist to safeguard regulatory integrity across marketing, lending, and operations. You’ll lead reviews, audits, and bank inquiries, using RegTech and AI to drive efficiency.

You will stay current with federal and state lending regulations and partner with cross-functional teams to improve documentation, training, and processes. Base salary info is provided; equity is noted.

Qualifications

3+ years of consumer lending compliance experience in fintech or banking.
Solid understanding of consumer lending and servicing regulations (e.g., TILA, ECOA, UDAAP, FCRA, BSA/AML, Red Flags).
Experience applying tools like Alloy, PerformLine, Salesforce, Google Suite, and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

Marketing Compliance: Review collateral to ensure alignment with consumer protection and advertising regulations.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with federal and state regulations governing consumer lending and servicing; monitor implementation across operations.
Audit & Bank Partner Support: Provide audit responses and clarifications to bank partners with accuracy and timeliness.
Tool & System Administration: Use platforms like Alloy, PerformLine, Salesforce, and Google Suite for monitoring and reporting.
Leverage AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for research and process automation.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate across teams to enhance compliance processes and training.
