Job summary

Upgrade is seeking a Collections Specialist to engage customers by phone and email regarding account status, payments, and related concerns, while supporting the floor with elevated tasks. Starting pay is $22.00 plus bonus potential, with an October 12, 2026 start date.

You will collaborate with management and teammates to deliver best-in-class service, improve training, coach agents, and resolve escalations through rapport and creative problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Prior Collections experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails regarding billing issues and questions.
• Improve training by assessing new hire performance.
• Share knowledge to improve team performance.
