Key Responsibilities:

• Manage communication from consumers and their representatives via inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and chat.
• Offer solutions to help consumers resolve their accounts through effective negotiation and listening skills.
• Maintain clear and cohesive notes and documentation related to all open and pending receivable balances being pursued.
• Excel in collections performance by exceeding goals and key performance indicators (KPI's)
• Adhere to expected quality and compliance standards within the collections industry

You Have:

• High School Diploma or GED. College education is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience as a Collections Specialist or in roles that align such as phone sales, banking, financial services
• Skilled in de-escalating conversations and building trust
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Great typing skills to be able to chat, email consumers professionally and quickly
• Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel , Mac experience is a plus
