EWOR GmbH seeks ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups through a structured fellowship. You will be employed by EWOR while developing your venture, with the option to access up to €500k in funding.

You will have weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders and join a worldwide network of top founders and investors. Join a program designed to accelerate growth, with extensive coaching, access to a 50,000-strong professional network, and hands-on support to reach

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas or willing to relocate.
• Ambitious entrepreneur ready to start and scale a business.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in chosen field.
• Engage in a personalised development journey with unicorn founders.
• Leverage our network to hire talent and gain best-practice guidance.
• Receive coaching to prepare your startup for fundraising.
• Iterate product-market-fit and build a sales/marketing engine.
