Job summary

EWOR GmbH is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. Fellows are employed by EWOR and can opt for up to €500k in funding, with access to a network of top founders, peers, and investors.

You will receive 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders and extensive support in hiring, product-market-fit, and preparing for multi-million euro funding rounds. Responsibilities include owning your startup in AI Infrastructure, following a personalized growth journey, and iterating

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocate.
• Willing to take full ownership and scale a startup to €100M+ revenue.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as AI Infrastructure.
• Engage in a tailored development programme crafted by unicorn founders.
• Receive networked hiring support to reach 50,000 professionals.
• Get intensive coaching to prepare your startup for large funding rounds.
• Iterate your product with EWOR until achieving product-market-fit and build a sales/marketing engine.
