Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead client engagements, oversee daily operations, and report performance metrics for financial services clients. You will work with sales, product, and support teams to maximize value and retention.

The role requires strong relationship management, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in service delivery, client success, account management, or related role in financial services/fintech.
• Customer-first mindset focused on exceptional outcomes.
• Strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Self-motivated, proactive, eager to learn and grow.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common business tools.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and service governance skills.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile) or substantial practical project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements throughout the service delivery lifecycle for a seamless experience.
• Foster relationships with clients at all levels, from users to executives.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and performance against standards.
• Monitor and report service delivery metrics; drive improvements and satisfaction.
• Coordinate and support resolution of inquiries, issues, and delivery projects.
• Develop understanding of client objectives to deliver maximum value.
• Identify opportunities to improve service, increase adoption, and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to demonstrate value and growth.
• Stay informed on industry trends, markets, and product enhancements.
• Capture feedback to drive operational improvements and product direction.
• Act as trusted advisor to promote long-term partnership and success.
