Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee daily client engagement, operational performance, and service delivery reporting for financial services clients.

You will foster relationships from end-users to senior executives, ensure high-quality service, monitor metrics, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to drive value and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Service Delivery, Client Success, Account Management, or related role in financial services or fintech.
• Customer-first mindset focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements across the service delivery lifecycle for a seamless client experience.
• Build relationships with clients from daily users to executive stakeholders.
• Ensure service delivery and operational performance meet standards and policies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report service delivery metrics for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate resolution of client inquiries, issues, and delivery projects.
• Understand client objectives to deliver maximum value.
• Identify opportunities to improve service, product adoption, and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support to demonstrate value and growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, financial markets, and product enhancements.
• Capture client feedback to drive improvements and influence future products.
• Act as trusted advisor promoting long-term partnership and retention.
