Qualifications

• 2+ years in service delivery or client success within financial services or fintech.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements across the service delivery lifecycle.
• Build relationships with clients at all levels, from users to executives.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with standards and procedures.
• Monitor metrics, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate resolution of inquiries, issues, and delivery projects.
• Understand client objectives to deliver maximum value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to demonstrate value.
• Capture feedback to drive operational improvements and future product work.
