Qualifications

• 3 years in a business systems analysis or related role within FinTech or financial services.
• Experience documenting requirements, process flows, and system specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, SQL or similar tools.
• Ability to liaise between operations, compliance, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Design and propose system solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Configure, test, and deploy system configurations supporting objectives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, compliance, and operations on new systems or enhancements.
